In a few weeks, there will be 20,000 to 100,000 pairs of bell bottoms on (or off of) 60,000+ people on the Black Rock Desert, Nevada. I've seen pictures ;-)

Joined: February 2016 Posts: 1802 Location: When?? | Well, heck, I thought it was a very nice video. Pretty music with a pair our fave guitars (what were the models?). And I'd be all for the return of butt-hug jeans. Loved the fit, but they can keep the bell bottom part. Walking in those things was like flying a tight little jet at cruise speed.. but with full flaps extended. Edited by Love O Fair 2017-07-24 9:50 AM

A very apt description of dragging through the air for all those who've never flown a plane. I used to wear a pair of bell bottoms so wide they'd flap like a screen door in a tornado. When they wore out I cut the legs off and had a girlfriend sew them on as the new arms of a denim shirt. I thought I had possibly defined a new era in men's fashion but it wasn't to be. As for the VIDEO, what new observation can anyone make for the wealth of videos of Glenn out there playing O's? I said before he always amazed me at his ability to create riffs on the fly when playing with everyone from Johnny Cash to Jerry Reed. He is the consummate guitarist who first got me intrigued with O's when I became obsessed with finding out what those round back guitars were. I owe him a great deal for the pure enjoyment he brought into my life.
