...and is it SWEET!! It was kind of late when UPS showed up, and I made him wait while I opened it to make sure it wasn't defiled. Can't wait to get some time with it. I've got my sons soccer game tonight, so it will have to wait till tomorrow. (or late tonight)

KEWL ....a blending of the old and the new ! (....I'm talking about the coming together of the Folklore and the FD14 ....not you and the new guitar ! :D )

Play it a week then let me know when you're ready to trade......... ;)

No, that would be old and older.

Beautiful. This is an example of a guitar I would not have been drawn to before I was a club member, and had the chance to play some of your guitars. I love it.

It's beautiful. But what's the story behind it? How did a FD14 body get a 1114 reissue neck (I'm assuming that's what it is)?

Moody, the original top was damaged in shipping to AND from the factory when I sent it up for a fret job. John B offered to replace the top for a VERY reasonable price, and I talked him into using an FD body and top.

Oh Yeah, "I'm never selling this one" will stick this time....uh huh...no, really....
I sold this one once in it's previous life, and Gway graciously sold it back to me because of my whining. It's staying with me now. :D
