Location: Michigan | i am having a problem with the electronics ( jack input ) on my adamas mill cb. i went to plug it in today and it will not work it just makes a bunch of gosh awful noises when i move the cord around. it is not the battery and the connections are all solid. i took out the jack and circuit board that is attached and i am wondering would d.w. ovation replace it for me under the original lifetime warranty that came when i purchased the guitar or am i
s#*t out of luck.
if their is a warranty i wonder if i sent them the old one if they would ship me the part ?
it is such an easy fix that i would hate to have to send it in to replace the part.GWB |

Location: sitting at my computer | guitarwannabee - i am wondering would d.w. ovation replace it for me under the original lifetime warranty that came when i purchased the guitar I betcha Mr. Budny could answer that.  |

Location: SoCal | My understanding of the warranty is that it does not cover electronics...however, the factory might want to help out (creating a fan for life) and slip one to you. |

Location: NJ | electronics is not covered I believe it is one year on those.

Location: Michigan | talked to john b. at the factory today and the electronics are only covered for a year. once again john has gone over and above on helping out another o.f.c.'er . he is sending me another replacement one so i don't have to send the guitar back to the factory and pay a hundred or so $'s in shipping charges just to switch out the old jack and circuit board.
i hope d.w. realizes what an asset john b. is to their organization.
in todays' world it is a rare and fantastic experience that when you have an issue or a question on an item that you purchased from a company years ago that a real person actually gets back with you and works with you to get you through it.
once again john b. and d.w. goes over and above to keep their customers happy.
