just been looking at some hendrix videos and ran across a song i have never heard before off the rainbow bridge album. after looking into it this was the era when he was playing a gibson flying v. were there any other guitarists that were playing these back then? anyway it looks like the song is about a road in hawaii , maybe lanaki can add something to this. very neat classic jimi jam hope you enjoy. I would take the Pali Highway from Honolulu to Kailua when I was staying on Oahu. It runs right over the top of the mountains over to the other coast. Stunning.

That brings back memories--not of Hendrix, but of our only trip to Hawaii. We had friends living on the other side of the mountain from Oahu. We stayed at their house for a few days and drove back and forth on that Highway several times.
