Hello Ovation Guitars!

I saw you updated the Ovation logo on OvationGuitars.com. Bravo! It's much better than the 'new' logo.

I'm restoring a 1967 Balladeer for Jay, here on on the OFC and I need to recreate the Balladeer logo for the headstock.

What typeface should I use?

TIA,

Dan

I just asked SWMBO (graphic designer) and she said it was Sahara.

Balladeer logo on headstock:

Ovation Balladeer using Sahara typeface I just downloaded:

Naturally, I'll need to adjust the kerning, but I believe this is it.

Thanks anyway!

Dan

After playing around with the typeface, the Sahara font is pretty crude.

The Arabian Normal font looks much better.

Here's the difference between Sahara and Arabian Normal. (IOW, don't use Sahara)
