I just haven't done it that much and even a minor meltdown doesn't end with me thinking I'll do better next time. The next times are just too far away. I need to play a lot more in private or with a few others before I feel like getting out in front again. I go years between "gigs." I can't get back in the groove when I never found it the last time.

Mark, just take your guitar and find a spot to sit and Play.

Helps your confidence, enhances you performance and people skills.
