Seems like a terribly nice fellow, and his prices are very reasonable! http://www.nicholsinlay.com/home.php (Ovation TRC.jpg) Attachments ---------------- Ovation TRC.jpg (11KB - 0 downloads)

Every once in a while, I still consider it. But overall, when I want a fancy TRC, I tend to prefer the carved ones myself. Still, I can see how that one could add some nice accent to certain models. Shoot.....now I'm thinking again.

On my "Dream Ovation", I wanted to ask for the Abalone going around the head like yours, but didn't think it was possible, I see now, that it *is* possible! What a Gorgeous Guitar!!! On my "Dream Ovation", I wanted to ask for the Abalone going around the head like yours, but didn't think it was possible, I see now, that it *is* possible! What a Gorgeous Guitar!!! Here ya go. From way back in 2006! I hope you don't mind Patch, I saved the pictures, that is one Gorgeous Guitar! And from what you wrote in the posts, it is just as amazing sounding as it is looking!!! And it is really cool to see what I had imagined for my Perfect Ovation to see actually done on the head stock with the abalone! On some guitars, it would be just too much, but on this Beauty it just fits perfectly!! I could see that one with a custom TRC, nothing overly gaudy, but an ebony one with one of the fretboard design centered on it, I could easily see on your Disney BuBlinga! Thank You so much for sharing the pictures, it's history is fascinating too!!

I Love that Idea FlySig! It makes it so personal! Her very own Sara Jane signature model Adamas! It went back to the Mothership and they installed different epaulets, so it is indeed one of a kind.
