| I found a really nice American made Elite T on Ebay and picked it up for $450. I gave it to my 16 year old son. He played it for about a month. A wonderful sounding guitar with amazing projection. Last Sunday he was awoken in the middle of the night by a loud noise and eventually notices that the Elite T has cracked from the bridge to the bottom edge. Its not even a crack ... it is a straight up break. Last year I had John Budny re-finish the top of my Custom Legend at the late great mothership. However, I don't think that this guitar from a financial perspective is worth fixing (I already purchased an American made Balladeer as a replacement). So here is the question ... Is there a good market for parts if I break this guitar down and sell the pieces?
