After learning the sad news , I wonder if it is also to the celebrity guitars.

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR		Fender owns the Ovation name.
The Celebrity line will probably continue.
Celebrity guitars are still profitable.
They are much cheaper to make than USA Ovations...
And now that there are no more USA Ovations, they have raised the price on Celebrity guitars.
The MSRP on Celebrity guitars are now $500 and up...
So they will continue to sell them as long as they can.
