| Hi all, glad to be here!
I have a number of Ovation guitars and love them. Being from CT I have a special interest in Ovation. The other day I came across an Ovation bass called a Typhoon in a shop and I had to have it and I am not even a bass player. My question is, this is a Typhoon II that came out in 1968. However, the serial number on this bass is 086. What would that dat this bass to? Also, the label with the serial number appears to be placed Over another label... Just curious. If anyone has any info I would be grateful.
