Location: New Hartford CT | As has been discussed here, the new service center is up and running at the old factory in New Hartford CT. I just dropped off my Millenium for some minor repair and plan on having the rest of the herd serviced there as well.
Please do contact them and arrange for whatever work your Ovation needs. The more business that comes in the more viable this enterprise becomes.

I also learned that they have retained the capability to build a new Ovation from scratch but serious investment, leadership and a whole lot more would be required to make this happen. Not likely but at least the machines and tooling remain stored away...just in case. |

Location: Taxed To Death State | Just got back from service myself. Needed JB to inspect a couple guitars of mine and they are firing on all cylinders now. Very nice setup indeed. I got to see a few really nice finished jobs. As usual top shelf. |
