Maybe ya shoulda read the ad backwards? I've got a theory about a possible way to leave negative feedback without repercussions, but I haven't tried it. I'm not sure about the workings of the feedback system, so I may be way off the mark here. I don't think you can leave feedback after 90 days from the close of the auction, can you? I know you can't view the auction items in the sellers history. What if you left a negative just before the 90th day expires? It would have to be very well timed, and ONLY if the B@$7@rd deserves it. If you CAN leave feedback after 90 days, just ignore my ramblings and carry on. (nothing new there, then!)

(Trying hard to stay away from politics, so I'll leave it vague). All my transactions, about a dozen, have gone well, both as buyer and seller. Also had a great buying experience on the For Sale section here.

They won't carry anything at all to do with the shooting sports, and that even includes non-functional items or components to make ammunition. There are plenty of federal and state level laws governing the transfer of firearms, which requires licensed dealers be involved and federal background checks run. EBay seems to be worried about being brought into a lawsuit in the event that something is bought legally and then used in a crime. Which would be akin to suing the Chevy dealer because the drunk driver was in a Chevy when he hit and killed a pedestrian. If that Chevy was bought through eBay would they be sued?
