The price is $50.000.00. Do you think it will sell??? I am absolutely amazed by what the Gibson & Fender guitar companys are coming out with in the last few years and the rediculous prices ( to me )for brand new reproduction guitars.Whats up with someone paying that kind of cheese for something brand new and not an original? Any ideas of what might be next?GWB

I would have a bunch of players and probably nothing that would need to be behind glass. Some nice amps, too. Maybe some neon to brighten up the place as well.

Cleaning out a file cabinet, I found the letter that Les gave me with my guitar. He contributed a lot to the music industry.

I would buy a Fender Squier or whatever cheap brand of guitar to do that to. Would you really ruin one of your best guitars to let a celebrity sign their name on it with a sharpie? No Way.GWB

Joined: March 2005 Posts: 5567 Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | Thanks Tony: he really has been a big part of my life: I have owned 15 Les Pauls in my lifetime...and I have the neck/shoulder problems to prove it... I like Zep...been jammin to them since 1968/9 and I have played a lot of their music over the years: but there is nothing quite like a Les Paul and for me that means a Les Paul Custom (3 pups). I also have the pic's from the signing and the newspaper article from the reporter there that night and a letter! Yes, I bought this Les Paul but it has probably tripled in price since I bought it: it is the only 3 pup Custom made in 1997. GWB, I have other guitars to play...this one is special and is an investment...but I do play it and it is SWEET...I just take care of it...Les is not getting any younger...and he's an Icon and a gentleman...again, for me, I am proud to have his sig. on his guitar model that has made Rock history! How cool is that...Tony, I know you feel the same way!
