Mrs. Slipkid grew to despise it. I wish I had bought 4 of them. . Not exactly swag but I nicked a block of scrap, skunk-striped neck wood during the factory tour. . I'm afraid my 8 year old OFC t-shirts have sunk to the "around the house only" stage. Next will come the "fit for yard work" stage. Then, alas, off to the landfill they will go. . I have a heavy, pewter key chain that is quite nice. . Oh... and I have one of those long sleeve denim shirts with the O logo over the pocket. It's getting a bit thread bare at the elbows and neck so it won't be around much longer. Maybe I can cut the logo out and have some kind of patch made of it. Edited by Slipkid 2013-08-21 8:36 AM

What a shame, though I find that well worn and washed t-shirts make excellent rags for cleaning and polishing guitars ... maybe next stage after yard work.

It was part of the swag package when one joined the orignal Ovation Online Owners Club I realize this is "just" a keyfob... but seriously, what a statement on quality. It's been my main keyfob for over 15 years, essentially used every day. The logo is an actual inlay and I believe the wood is ebony.

Fer sure. Probably the only super, super, super shallow bowl on the planet.

Only problem – over time it just sort of shriveled up, like a shirt that shrank in the dryer, until it became unusable. Really liked it when it was new…

It's a tight fit, but it does go on the modern black Ovation deep-bowl cases, when it's needed. I also got an Ovation muscle t-shirt, when the music store I worked in back in the 80's got a dealership. I really liked it, until I found out the hard way that it was not 100% cotton, and I was allergic to it! Yikes! Fortunately, for the benefit all good Ovation players everywhwere, I DO NOT HAVE any photos of me wearing this particular piece of clothing. I also no longer have the muscles, so no wardrobe malfunctions will occur. Mike S.
