I never realized how downright weird those Fripp seminars must have been. RP presides over these like a bespectacled LORD of doom. String Sphincter!

Dig ALL of those O's as late as 1992!!

I think the super shallow bowled Legend (1867?) was listed as (one of) the requested/preferred guitars of the Crafty Guitarist!

I've been a Frippicionado since about 76...

that, and the associated vids to the right were great.

Thanks!

Alternate tuning? What are they all staring at? I don't see any music stands. This has the Matt Smith Amelia Clinic written all over it!

Fripp was pretentious enough to take an oft-used alternate tuning and call it the "New Standard" tuning.

They're "staring-off" in fear . . if they hit a "bum note" their shock-collars "fire".

This has an international following. I have sold black Legend #1867 guitars to a buyer in Greece and one in Argentina, both of whom are involved in this program.

I was happy, anyway, and I have an invitation to stay with an Ovation player who lives in the city that is the normal jumpoff spot for those going to climb Aconcagua, which I've wanted to do for a long time. Being overweight and out of shape has mitigated against that trek, however. Maybe I'll just go to enjoy some Frippery.

This is a example of the intended design by Kaman. I heard clean notes led by a a master guitarist. If you think otherwise, that is your choice. The rich bass and treble are out of this Frippen world.

Otherwise. Music is a matter of taste. And, for my money, it's mechanically brialliant but I can't listent to it.

I'd rather crank Shawn Lane's diminished arps!

It's interesting and worthy of respect, but it creeps me out just a little. Kinda like the Stepford Wives thing.

Don't knock it 'till you tried it.
They make a great Martini and there's a flat spot to place your drink.
