It was a very nice (9.5+) D-12CE-12/N that was refused a settlement. I went through three levels of the USPS bureaucracy with challenges to no avail over a six month period. All this with the actual damaged git (inspected locally), the actual damaged packaging, before/after pics, and a luthier's evaluation!

I'll take UPS, Fedex and DHL over USPS due to this farcical fiasco! :mad:
