There's only one way this thing would be leaving here.... that's if a 2080D was on it's way to replace it!

I should note that if you intend to do a lot of back and forth tunings, especially something as drastic as D to B, buy some extra 14s. The high E breaks after a few up-downs on the tuning. Also it should be noted that when I received this guitar, it had full on baritone strings on it and had started to belly quite severely. The first week I had it, I took the strings off, had a damp cloth inside an open bag sitting inside the bowl, and sat it right over my humidifier to see if it would get back close to normal, which it has for the most part. I think if you're tuning to B, sure, go for heavier strings, bt be careful with what you put on with the D tuning. I on't thing 15s would be too much different if you're building your own set. Just be careful on the lower strings. Slightly off topic - After getting the '84c from Stephen high strung nashville style, I've been playing around some more with tunings. Right now I have my Anniversary Legend high strung B to B with the last string tuned down instead of up like the rest. It took me a while to figure out what diameters to use, but in the end I ended up going with: B-39, E-29, A-18, D-14, F#12, B16
