Location: Connersville, Indiana | When Fender bought Ovation did they also purchase the Tak division from Kaman or is it still on it's own? |

Location: Texas | I have never been clear about Takamine's relationship with Fender or Kaman. My understanding was that Kaman was the distributor for Tak's and that Fender got that distributorship when they bought out KMC...maybe Al or someone can clarify if that meant Kaman (now Fender) actually owned (owns) Takamine.

Location: Phoenix AZ | KMC owned Ovation and was a distributor for Takamine. Fender bought KMC, so now Fender owns Ovation and is a distributor for Takamine. |
