At times I feel guilty as it is creating some wear and tear, but I figure collector or not....why did I pay the price for the thing if I am not going to enjoy (and let others enjoy) the beauty of it. We lead Wednesday night worship at our church and every week someone comes up and says "I cannot believe the sound that comes out of that thing". So I will play it until it wears out. Have it rebuilt and play it some more.

I figure if the frets and fretboard wear out I'll hand it to The Wizz for a re-fret and fretboard repair, then start again. I don't have the 09C, but I do have a Lost Art Koa on the way to me.
