Nice work ks, Angus would be proud.

I think the guitar may have spent some of its previous life in Canada; there was a sticker that read 'the 400 blows'. Might be a reference to Route 400 around greater Toronto...and I agree with the sentiment.

Wow, nice work on the guitar (and the video.)

So, how much of the original hardware could you save?
Did you have to replace the pups?

It's hard to believe that anyone would put all that garbage on a fairly-recent USA-built guitar.
(No Gibson flames, please.)

I was able to save everything but the nut. Made a bone one. Lot of buffing to bring that pickguard back.
