I want to say 3/16"... But I don't want to be proved wrong.
But I use a 3/16" on most of my Ovations.
I cannot be sure that this applies to ALL Ovations.

Just get yourself a set of SAE hex wrenches at a big box hardware store.

(I don't know what stores you have in the UK)

Just make sure you don't try with a metric allen key.
