I don't think there is any rigid definition of what's Parlor sized and what's not. My Steve Howe is a 00 14 fret body which is larger than the '07 Collector, Tak417 or other guitars ore commononly called "parlor". The 0 size body, such as the Ian Anderson model would be closer to what I would call a true "parlor" sized Martin. Dave

There have been a couple of them on the Guitar Center site for a long time. One in Independence is only $599. The other one is almost twice that.

Anybody want to do a search and see if TJ has ever said this before?
OK, OK, so I DID sell this one. I know I shouldn't have, but my evil twin came out and posted it. Before I knew it, I was taking it to work for Johnny to pick it up.

TJ just beat me to the buzzer...

Being the new grand-parent of TJs '97, I have to 'ditto' all the positives above. It's now my 'go to' git when I'm in that 'day-um, I haven't heard that song in forty years or if I did, I don't remember...' mode.

Having small hands elevates my appreciation of the narrow neck. My hands thank me after putting 'em through the Richard Simmons "Dancin' to the Oldies" on my Classic, especially when I remove the spandex gloves!

I called Independence. As he described the guitar to me, he couldn't figure out why Ovation put a non-slip surface on upper side of the guitar.

That's the volume control for the pre-amp I said.

I didn't even know it was acoustic-electric says he.

Can you check the pre-amp for me please?

No sound just a buzz.

Can you put in a new battery and get back to me?

(One hour later) It still doesn't work. We'll send it to be repaired and get back to you.

I've got another year on my no more guitars moratorium. Maybe it will still be there by then.

Mark,
That's pushing the OFC 'man- O -card' criteria!

If ya start pushing the time limit, LMK. I'll ship ya a loaner CC057 and won't tell on ya.

The difference between us, TJ, is that I don't sell any. I did buy another acoustic amp last night. The ban only relates to guitars. I bought the 83 Collector's about a week ago, but I'm calling that my daughter's. I have some training in finding loopholes. I have no shortage of guitars, iffy. I'm actually trying to spend a little more time playing them than I spend looking at deals.
