Nice addition Dave! That's a beaut!

I have not had an opportunity to try one of the Guilds coming out of the Mothership yet. But they certainly look stunning and it's great to see all that talent in New Hartford being put to good use.

I was also a fan of the Westerly Guilds. I bought a Guild F45CE in the late 80s that was one of the nicest guitars I have ever owned. I regretted selling that one the minute it left my hands. Unfortunately, I have never been able to find one exactly like it.

Too bad the label is so visible...

My sister has an American made Guild from the early 70's, an all mahogany drednaught, with an arched back. Not a bad guitar, but I can only imagine how much better it would've been had Ovation New Hartford made it.

I played a New Hartford F-512 last week at a store in Sevierville, TN. I A/B'd it with a NOS F-412 from 2008 made in the Fender Corona plant. The 512 was a natural rosewood B&S and the 412 was a beautiful sunburst Maple B&S...Both were monster 12's but there was no contest: the New Hartford guitar blew the other out of the water with both fit/finish, and tone...just incredible! I so want one...
