I walked around with the OFC tonight and didn't have any slipping problem. It was a bit tough to play barre chords, though.

I've used mine a couple times, and it takes a little getting used to for me. I guess it's just the idea of playing something with a squared top feels a little strange to me. I haven't played many non-Ovations much since I "saw the light" and converted completely over. I'll say it till my dying breath ... there's no other guitar that sounds and plays like a US-made Ovation/Adamas. With all that said, I like the concept of this thing, and I'm sure it will prove to be of help to anyone who has difficulty with the round back. It does intall easily, and I already had some extra velcro in my gig bag, so I was able to get it set up to use on all my acoustics. I'd still like to see what the "discount" will be.

Looks like it would work good with shallow and super shallow bowls. I don't know about deep bowls...

I've been using mine for a while now, and it's working good for me. I have it on a mid bowl.

I have all deep bowls (including the acoustic bass and baritone) and I use the same one on all of them. I just had to put the small velcro strips on the back of each guitar. It also fits very nicely on the outside of the case for transport.

Skinny "O" players don't have problem I know I used to be one. Guess $25.oo bucks is cheaper than a health club membership.

Took the money from the laundry and drove away clean.

Sorry typo and should have given the full line.

They shoot up an Automatic teller machine, took the money for the laundry and drove away clean.
