Location: UK		Anyone know if/how I can plug an ovation (OP24+) into an intel iMac for recording of video and sound into iMovie ?

Location: Phoenix AZ		The budget way is to just use the LINE IN. You'll need a cable converter from 1/4 to 1/8. Set your System Preferences / Sound / Input to "Line In".

In iMovie you need to set the audio source for your project. From the drop down choose "Built In Input". Can't be hard to do, since a gazillion kids on Youtube seem to have mastered it quite well.

Yeah... The have mastered Guitar Hero and are building computers in eighth grade too.
