Excellent work as always, Mike.
Is that Tru-Oil on the body?
Very very pretty.

Pure Tung Oil on the body. Purpleheart is really dense and organic feeling.

When I saw this body on Ebay it got me thinking and researching. I went after parts with a Vintage feel and the Duncan Five-Two's sounded like my style.

It sounds really good through the little Epiphone Valve Jr. of al things. Position 4 is really cool.

Woody, as usual, super craftsmanship!

On the other hand, is there anyone else that thinks the Tele is an odd looking guitar? Yes, I can appreciate the sound, but...

Aren't all guitar shapes a little odd when you think about it?

I'm just trying to add a little diversity...

...but maintain a constant theme!
