Subject: Lonely 1778T saved from GC with a non working preamp

Location: Seattle		Picked up a Black USA 1778T at GC today... the pre-amp does not work even when swapping it out for another. (for that reason I got it for a good price....) My intention is to install a iDea pre-amp..... B/4 I start.... any recommended trouble shooting tips in case it turns out not to be the pre-amp can?

Location: Utah		Saddle or the wire from the saddle. Or maybe just the battery if it was GC!

Location: Seattle		issue resolved.... the iDea can fixed the issue.....Very happy that for the for the price of a Celeb I now have a Gobot ....(Elite T 1778t with a idea pre-amp)
