I know where their is mid 70's Pacemaker 1115, sunburst for around 300.00 bucks. Supposed to be a one owner, lady driven, w/ case. May have some light checking. Unless one of you guys stops me I dont think I can help myself. It would be a mate to my 1981 1111. "SOMEBODY

Noper, not me! It would be difficult to get more volume out of an 'O' 12er without pluggin' in...

Music, sweet, sweet music... go fer it! Check it out personally and you'll go home with it.

Just the fact that you posted here tells me you aren't serious about not buying it. If you wanted to be talked out of it, you've come to the wrong place.

I got the cure!

Go ahead and buy it, then sell it to me for $30 with Free Shipping.

Do this every time you decide to by another Ovation... Sell them to me for 10%.

After you do that a coupla times you will quit buying!

[Or at least you will quit telling us about it! ]

Of corse you NEED it. You can have as many guitars as you want. Just remember you can only have one potato chip, (health reasons) !!

I borrowed a Brand T 12 string for a few tracks on my last album. MSRP 10 times as much as what you're asking for the Pacemaker.
I'd take the Pacemaker any day of the year.

In my stubborn opinion, it was a flagship and should have never been discontinued.
I know what opinions are like though...

Well this is just what I expected from a bunch of deep bowl, round back lovin half ass guitar players (exceptfor Old Man Author and Mitrz). I come here with a serious problem asking for help and all you guys can do is give a drowning man a drink of water. Here' O in you eye.

Okay.. then don't buy it.
Who needs a great instrument like that around the house anyway?
Maybe if you wait 5 or 10 years you'll find a better deal.... maybe.
Chances are 95% you'll be very happy with it but there is always the other 5% to concider.

Did that help any??

Well, there's the alternative; I can make the water level and temperature rise a bit!

hEY IFFY, I'll trade you my 1111 and soon to be matching 1115 for that new little flag waver you just picked up. and I throw in all my capos.
That things like a Corvette, it looks fast when it's standing stil. Even if it sounded like rubber bands on a tin can I would love to have it hanging on my wall.

james,

Day-um, ya sure toss a hard line! But like ol' Charlie said, "From My Cold, Dead Hands". ;)

Seriously, ya won't regret the PM. I've yet to hear ANY bad evaluations on this boomer. I love my -1. Just get that puppy and wear it out!

C'mon James. You want it. You need it. You KNOW it! I bought my 1115 from OMA not long ago and can't take my hands off of it.
