Howdy all,

Been away from the computers playing my guitar recently. Been playing out 4+ nights/week, and some have even been paying gigs. I actually put a little band together about a month back. Last Friday a band open for us that we had opened for not 2 weeks prior. Doing lots of 90's style stuff like Pearl Jam, Sound Garden, Big Head Todd, etc, and mixing in a few classics as well. In some cases I've been relegated to just singing and playing leads.... Yep, back on the ol' electric again. The UKII rides again!

Just picked this 1651 up for a friend. I get to babysit for a while. Think I'll play her out tonight.

Damon! Great pics and great news! I may be a jazz and classical PLAYER, but I'm a Zappa and 90's FAN. Do you do any Alice In Chains? Can you post some of the new stuff over on the ning site? So very good to see you back, and even better to know that the reason you've been gone is that you've been too busy playing. THIS is what life is all about!

Bobbo, next time I'm in town, you bet I'll swing by.

Allison, We're playing "Nutshell" and "No Excuses" from Alice In Chains and working on Rooster for next week. I'm not singing the other 2 for now because I haven't memorized the lyrics.

I have a bunch of recordings I need to go through. I'll get some posted soon. I think there were pics taken las night too. It got a bit crazy at the end and a couple girls came up on stage doing their best go-go routine.

Hey, Damon. Good to hear from you. You're still playing stuff that I never heard of, but good to know that you're playing. Do you get to use the VXT on your gigs? Let us know how that's working out.
