My nephew is working on the finishing touches of his new CD and the Michigan Film festival used a piece of one of his songs "Secrets Out" in their latest ad campaign. We all chipped in to buy him his first guitar as a high school grad present and could not be more proud of him! I have yet to get him hooked on Ovations. Give me time :)

Thanks we think he is very good (although I will admit to bias). He is very much into the writing, vocal harmonies, arranging and all that stuff. I used jam with his dad in his basement when he was a baby. He started guitar in HS but blew by me ability wise after he had been playing about 6 months. Same story with my other nephew. Now my son has picked up the guitar and I give him about a year and he will be explaining stuff to me and slowing down so I can keep up. Gifted, I am not.
