It's a reissue that's far better than the originals, and the original was one of the best ovations EVER. The attention to detail is amazing and the sound smacks you right back to the late 60's and that original Ovation "vibe" that got the whole bowl rolling. They even recreated the original headstock lip and all the original appointments, tuners, rosette, etc. Light as a feather and rings like a bell. This one and the Josh White reissue are two of the very best I've seen in a long long time. Dave |
