Location: Right now? | My Melissa Ethridge 1598 plays like butter, and it is one of the most beautiful guitars I own. It changes from dark garnet red to sort of a metallic ruby red, and sometimes, as you can see in the photo, looks almost black.

Location: Texas | I have a 1598-MEII, which has a single bass-side epi and "natural graphite burst." Other than the color and the missing epi, I don't know the differences between it and the MERB, (does anyone here?) Regardless, it's a very sweet 12-string.
Back to the topic; it is an interesting interview, definitely worth a listen, despite the somewhat-contrived portion that endorses Elixers… ;)
Thanks for posting! |

Location: Delaware | Not an endorsment, but I use the Elixr Nanoweb strings on my 1598 MERB also, but I have to buy mine. |
