Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | I was contacted by a new member for my thoughts on the OFC II...we spoke for nearly an hour; I shared my thoughts and went over the features and demo'd the guitar both acoustically and plugged in. He has a very nice guitar collection and, like me, is "older"...in other words he's been around the block a few times...lol
I thought he was going to contact Al on the OFC II but instead his wife asked him to not spend their Christmas fund on one guitar...(like I said: He is new here...)
He has a guitar store that he deals with a lot and they had several '09 Collectors left: they gave him a deal (just as Al would have done no doubt...sorry big guy...I gave it my best shot) and he is getting the '09...
Point is: he is a regular on the AGF and got tired of hearing O's and A's trashed...he owned an Adamas II years ago and really liked it...
He looked at this forum, saw my link to my guitars and saw the variety I own...he figured there must still be something to Ovations and Adamas even after all these years so he PM'd me and then we got in touch...
He'll be posting here when the new O arrives: I told him I'm sure he'll be welcomed...
Nice to know that there are still folks who can see through the fog of personal opinions, think for themselves, and make a good choice! |

He'll surely be welcomed with open arms. |

Nice to see a boomerang buyer ... |

Nice to see a boomerang buyer ... Did you take into consideration that Moody can only play 3 chords? |
