Played a party a few months ago, and a buddy of mine brought his 7 year old son, Anthony, along. As I played, this young boy sat and watched my every move, all the time tapping his foot and bobbing his head in time to the music. I was amazed at his interest as I assume he wasn't familiar with the tunes I was playing, but he was having a great time. I let him come up and make a few announcments through the mic and I altered his voice with my voicelive. He really got a kick out of that. Well he drew me a picture of that night and had his dad give it to me. He included all the details as seen through the eyes of a 7 year old, the bose l1,the backup guitar, the voicelive foot pedal, the trinkets hanging off the mic stand, even the hand throwing the pull tabs from cans into a cup (we save them). He captioned me singing "Cat's in the cratle" (cradle) as it is he and his fathers special song of which I was unaware as I played it that evening. He made it a great night for me and the picture is awesome. Oh, and I really like him extra special cause he drew me real real skinny !

Great story and a great pic! You never know how you touch someone, even a 7-year-old.

I'd be willing to bet that little guy will grow up to play guitar. To me, things like that are what life's all about. I'm so happy for you!

I think the kid is gonna grow up and marry Miss Packman. Easy to see what their kids will look like.

I'd be floored to get something like that. Bet you'll cherish that forever!
