Howdy from a newbie located in Norther Virginia..

Thanks,

Just wondering as there is one just like it (except the one I'm looking at is a natural spruce top) on the "for sale" section for $775 and it has scratches and cracking in several places along the fretboard binding.

That one ended up selling for just a tad over $500 and it included an OHSC.

If it is truly mint - and you like the feel and sound - get it. Difference between price and value. Like the housing market now in SoCal - you can buy a house cheaper than you can build. The recent Legend reissue was 2 grand. The original was better.
