Location: Tennessee | The good doctor mis-read "DS" as "05". The label may be handwritten which could compund the issue.

Location: Warren,Pa. | Well, I don't know how the model codes translate into features, but it's got a deep bowl, Schallers, 5pc neck...it all adds up to a US-made Ovation. Who cares if the seller's a little confused. I got a '76 Folklore for $100 because the seller didn't know what he had. I DID, and that's what mattered : ) |

Later on, they started making them with the mid bowls ... which was the DS778. The deep bowl version is the one you want, especially if you want to go down real low. |
