What I have is a very "PF" like prototype Viper-like Ash and Maple Guitar that has changed hands from Mr. Keller to Miles to me. Pre PF Proto, Proto? Album Can anyone fill in some of the history or decrypt the markings? Was this made like the PF's or prior to?

Unfortunately his addiction to Ukuleles has all but taken over his life and his storage capacity. :D Forensically, the body grain and patina match the PF Bass and the PF Viper that have passed through the Butcher shop but it is not marked as the PF's were. I suggest that it was a pre PF prototype to make the statement that the smoothed heel can be done easily enough and that retooling would not be necessary. The epoxy covered pups were a way to show something different without having something different. Now, what does CS 10-24 represent?

I put the Shadow Piezo system into the Schaller bridge and re-purposed it. It is now a PF VXT of sorts. You can hang em on the wall in a museum or you can keep using them...

With a quick Motherboard swap the shadow system can provide a Midi output for some of the more adventurous players. Instead of stuffing the battery inside I use an "N" type jack and velcro'd the battery to the stereo chord. Tourtoise would be nice. Similar Burled Madrone or Walnut would be cool. This was what I had.
