Location: Greece | Hello, i own an Adamas 1687 Reissue. When i plug it in, i find the electric sound a little bit brittle(bright maybe)side. Is it has to do with the preamp or the pickup?. How can i get a warmer sound? Do i have to upgrade electronics? |

Location: NJ | plug it into what?
dial back the treble knob
cut the treble on your amp or PA
crank up the bass on the amp or PA.
use something with a full range or 15 inch speaker
if it is a cheap solid state system you may need to get something more.
if all else fails get an eq pedal |

Location: SoCal | Listen to Al. I've got the reissue 2 knobber electronics in 2 guitars, my 1537 and my OFC slothead (ding!). Both work very well. With the tone knob dialed just over into the bass side, I get a very balanced, full, and pleasing sound. Check your amp and amp settings and listen to Al. He knows this stuff. If Templeman weighs in on this, listen to him to.... |

The amp is probably 90% of your problem. I've been using a Roland KC550 keyboard amp that sounds wonderful. Just glad it has casters on it. |
