These have to be about the loudest guitars I've ever played. They are thunderously, gut-rumbling, window-shaking loud. I haven't yet played an OFC-II, but these 2080Ds make all others hide with shame. The only other one that's comparable is Beal's 2080D wideneck. I'd be afraid to put all three of these in a small room, unless it was a hardened nuke bunker.

They're just plain 2080 bodies with longer necks, right? I played both of StephenT's at Raccoonfest in Hot Springs, and they are thunderous. What makes that difference over a regular 2080? Just thicker strings or is there something structural that is different.

T28's longneck 2080 (and Beal's) are just amazing guitars. Takes the whole adamas standard and kicks it right over the top. The comparison to regular 2080's is cosmetic only. These are in a whole different league.

You don't hear Stephen's baritones. You feel the rumble. I couldn't put them down the one night I had the opportunity. These are truly fabulous customs that will likely never be duplicated.

I used T28's awesome longneck 2080 for my singing debut at the BHJ. Thankfully, it was louder!!! :D
