Location: Waurika OK | Have not seen the guitar yet. But assuming it is in good shape with original case, is 800 a reasonable price.
Anything I should look for, reading posts here it seems the TS volume system is not too durable, but can be replaced with something else.
thanks, noel |

Location: Bellevue, Washington | From what I've seen over the last couple of years 800 with a case in very good shape is pretty much the norm. I often see them in the 500-600 range but there is generally something wrong with it, volume system, finish cracks etc. |

| What you guys pay for Os is truly pathetic.
Instead of worrying about whether or not you're paying a $100 over the odds just play the frigging thing and ask yourself "is this sound worth what I paid for it?" and the answer will always be yes.
Try and get your head around what the rest of the world pays for them - if they ever make it this far.
Nothing personal you understand - but you can buy Martins cheaper than Adamas/USA Ovations here. |

With Martins you are just paying for a Name.
With Ovations and Adamas you are paying for a modern Guitar.
A guitar with 21st Century science and design and materials.
Not a guitar following 18th Century technology.
[Luckily, it is also a guitar with an image problem... And let's Keep It That Way! :D ] |

Location: Waurika OK | Schroeder, didn't take it personally, but as a retired guy, I will have to sell something else to buy it. Probably my 1758-6p, which I don,t play much anyway, but hate to take it away from its sister 1868-6p.
Thanks for the replys.
