It's a early Shiney Bowl Deluxe Balladeer (red label)that looks like Ahhnoldt ripped the head off of it.
Bout made me throw up.

Sickening isn't it.
That original case with the horrible orange velvet looks to in good shape (mine is like that, you open it up and you see that screaming orange velvet and late 68 smacks you in the face :)
