Thanks OMA, those are close. From the photos I've seen, I think the originals had a wider "brim" with a narrower center, I've heard that style referred to as "witches hats" because of the overall shape…

I'll find something close, thanks for the link…

BTW, I had a vague memory of the glue/paper trick having been discussed in the past… I finally found it HERE.

Plain old Elmer's white glue…
I'll give it a try…
