| I'm sorry, but it seems everyone's plans have fallen through for today. I've even have a cold. I'm still heading to Woodstock in case some of you miss this post. And I'll end up at the Woodstock Invitational, so things won't end up so bad.
So, I'm going to have to postpone it until spring. It will still be at the church in Woodstock, though.
I'm thinking about having it in May or June.
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Eventhough it didn't happen, I still will post pics of the awesome cake I had made, along with my poster artwork.

Maybe when you reschedule it will fix Weaser's schedule a bit better! |

I know you put a lot of time and work into the planning… it's got to be disappointing… but perhaps it was just meant to be next Spring after all? Hopefully most of your planning will still apply to a rescheduled 2011 O'Fest and you won't have to duplicate that part of the effort.
In the meantime, feel better, have fun in Woodstock and enjoy the cake… ;) |

| Well, yea, it was a little disappointing. But I managed to make lemonade out of lemons.
The church got the cake (it had their name on it -- you'll see why I gave it to them when you see the poster artwork).
I did have several jam books printed, but the good thing is that I now have a great jam book to work out of (otto's and g8r) that I didn't have before. So I can practice these songs and actually know what I am doing!
I did make it to the Woodstock Invitational show.
Lots of beautiful guitars, but none that I absolutely fell in love with. The cheapest there was a "sale" guitar for $2,250 (someone had ordered this guitar and then didn't want it).
There was even guitar with a wooden bowl there. I really liked that one. Surprise, surprise it slipped on me a little (so it's just not Ovations that slip -- tell that to your bowl back hating friends)!
The sweetest part of the day? It was talking to AlanM on the phone. Unfortunately, he could not make it, but we had a great conversation anyway!
