Looking at the video of the Buck Owens Tele in OMA's Busking thread showed this player demoing the guitar...there was also a link to other videos of his on youtube...this one blew me away: Silver sparkle Tele and he can defiantly play it! Mark used a Strat but this Tele sounds great...check it out: You gotta love Chickin Pickin... "Sultans" on a Tele And for Blues fans: "Still got the Blues" on a Tele

I've never found a Tele to be as comfy as a Strat, but they're hard to beat for rockabilly jangle. This guy also demonstrates the value of playing with backing tracks. It is an enjoyable way of practicing, particularly if you're as skilled as this guy.

Just click on songs and enjoy - a lot of good stuff on that website. He used to have a hand written tab for sultans on his site but had to take down all his tabs due to leagal reasons. I downloaded the tab prior to that and if anyone wants it just send me a PM - it is a PDF file.

What would be the effective difference with an Ovation stereo capability? Am I wrong in assuming that the 'stereo' effect is based on the lower three strings in one channel and the others on another?
