Location: Texas | Looks like an old Balladeer in a newer case? I'm not positive which bracing pattern those had, but I have a '73 1117, and it has VT-11 bracing. I believe that a '73 should have a foil label… and it does appear that there's a foil label in the photo. That and the TRC would make it pre-Kaman bar? 1973 fits…
Just be sure the neck is ok, I think those were still glued-in and impossible to remove without destroying either the neck or the body. So, a standard neck-reset is not possible and the only solution for a significant neck re-alignment would be a bowl-bend…
(That's the case with my '73 Legend. It sounds very nice and plays great, but in order to keep the action low, I've got the saddle shaved-down as low as possible without the strings hitting the bridge. Truss rod is is adjusted to the max. If the neck moves a fraction more… ouch!)
