I did a search, with no luck. My W597 with op 50 pre is having intermittent sound when plugged in. New battery, changed the insturment cable. It keeps cutting out, give it a gentle love tap and it comes back on ! I can slightly wiggle the pre in the can but it doesn't make a difference. Any suggestions on how to start chasing this gremlin down ? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Dave

Thanks guys, I changed out the xlr/1/4 output jack assembly and wire harness to the can with a spare I had. I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. Boy do I sound horrible when the guitar cuts out and the vocals keep on comming out of the pa. (Come to think of it, I sound horrible when the guitar and vocals are both comming out of the pa !!! )
