2) Other Question ... What ACOUSTIC guitar amplifier are you using and how do you rate it? |

Location: Utah | Crate Gunnison 60W. Great amp, plenty loud. Good effects (not great, but adequate), and a quiet line out. Good features for a stage amp, personal monitor, DI to the house system, or just to use at home.
Lower wattage amps, including the Crate 15 and 30, tended to speaker distortion before the electronics were maxed out, thus they don't have as much useful loudness as they should.
Play a bunch with your guitar plugged in, and crank them up (bring earplugs). |

I think the 8" sounds better than the 10" version. |

Although the Genz has a few more features and much more power, the Fender amps have, IMHO, slightly superior DSP FX than the Genz. Since I use a pedal board, I run the amps clean so the FX features on the amps don't make much difference for me. |
