Joined: January 2011 Posts: 51 | either a new neck or fretboard for their Ovation? I have been trying to bring that 1990 I got my hands back to life, however it really ain't cooperating! The neck was twisted and I did my best to flat sand the twist out and re-intstall the fretboard. Now I am just ready to consider replacing the neck. any ideas?

Many of us here have been frequent flyers, and will attest to their work. It may not be nearly as expensive as you think. If you figured out what your worth in man-hours is, and what you have into it by now, you probably could have it done already.(speaking from experience) When you get a guitar back from them, many times it's like getting a new guitar.

I thought customer service had an 800 number so when I saw the 860 I thought it was the inside line. However I think this Customer Service link is an excellent reference.
