My wife is a big fan of Prince Edward Island in Canada (never been there .... until now). She's asked some information and depliants to dream about. She got it yesterday in the mail .... and to our delightg look at what was on the cover of two leaflets ....

Something tells me 'ksdaddy' is smiling and nodding in hearty approval.

Riccardo, you'll have to take a quick detour and say hello if you're going to be that close!

And say hello to that Deluxe Balladeer 1117 for me too.

If PEI is full of women seated atop rolls of hay, playing roundbacks, then it's time for a ROAD TRIP!

It's beautiful... right across the Northumberland Strait from where I live. We usually take a boating excursion or two over there each year.

@Damon :
I will .... :)
your 1117 is playing beautifully. I'm really pleased with this guitar. Thank you.
@Wayne :
Nice pic. From what we can find on the net and from the very informative material we received at home it seems it really worth the trip.....maybe ....one day.

Furthermore if the guitar of choice is an Ovation (isn't it Matrix ?), PEI is definitely our destination :)

My Mother's family is from Petit Cape, New Brunswick, which is very close to PEI. Every summer vacation to see the grandparents included a trip via ferry to the island (they have a bridge now). It is truly a special place, almost as if you've stepped back in time. Absolutely beautiful and completely relaxing. Took my wife to PEI several years ago during a two week Canadian rooad trip, and we can't wait to return with our 2 year old son. Love PEI!
