Location: Omaha, NE | I've covered the Iz version a few times. Strange...I would have thought it was a little too "overexposed" at this point, but the folks eat it up.
I've taken to doing a little "pallet cleanser" acoustic mini-set during our roadhouse shows. SOTR always works, as does "Hallelujah", with the Kottke version of "Jesu" in between.
I guess the more these songs get passed around on youtube, and the more they get exposure on American Idol, the more people can relate to them. |
